B Corp Certification & Operations Project

We began with a full review of the B Corp application — identifying missing evidence, scoring opportunities, and the key areas needing attention ahead of analyst review.

From there, we provided strategic guidance on improving impact performance and aligning operations with B Corp requirements, increasing scoring potential without losing sight of what the certification actually means.

We developed tailored policies and operational frameworks to strengthen compliance, improve accountability, and support long-term impact. We built these around how the organisation actually works, not a generic template.

Finally, we delivered a structured handover with practical implementation guidance, so the team could embed changes confidently and maintain momentum long after certification.

DEI Programme Review

We started by getting under the skin of the organisation — reviewing existing DEI data, speaking with internal practitioners, and holding confidential conversations with people across the business, including senior leaders. Understanding the sentiment of the team was as important as reviewing the strategy itself.

From there, we conducted a thorough review of Kindred's processes, policies, and initiatives: from hiring and career progression to data collection and management training, assessing what was working, what wasn't, and why.

We delivered a detailed report on findings, grounded in both industry best practice and psychological research on long-term behaviour change. Not just a list of recommendations, but a clear picture of where Kindred's DEI efforts were landing and where meaningful iteration was needed.

For an agency that was already ahead of most (reporting openly on pay gaps and DEI progress) the work wasn't about starting from scratch. It was about making sure the foundations were as strong as the ambition.
