HOW WE WORK
We work across the full responsible business journey, from diagnosing what's really going on inside an organisation, to building the governance, culture and communications to back it up.
That means different things for different organisations. For some it's culture strategy and DEI. For others it's B Corp certification, operational design, or rebuilding trust with employees and the public. Often it's all of it, in the right order.
But our work is always grounded in the same belief: that values only count when they're embedded in how you make decisions, treat people, and run your organisation.
Statements don't change organisations. Systems do.
OUR STRUCTURE
We are structured as a collective, not an agency.
That means a core senior leadership team working alongside a trusted network of specialists, researchers, facilitators and communications experts. So every client gets access to seniority and real specialism.
It also means we operate the way we advise others to. A collective is a more equitable, more flexible and more human way to work. We think the way an organisation is structured says everything about what it actually values.
We ardently believe that meaningful change isn't a project with an end date. It has to be sustained, fought for, and built into everything.
